How long does a lash lift last?
A lash lift typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and how well you follow the aftercare steps. Most clients book a top-up every 6 to 7 weeks to keep their lashes looking their best.
Do I need to prep before my appointment?
For lash services, come in with clean, makeup-free lashes. For brow treatments, skip any active retinol or exfoliating products for 24 to 48 hours beforehand. New to tinting or lamination? You’ll need a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Is brow lamination safe for sensitive skin?
Brow lamination uses a gentle perming solution and is generally well-tolerated. We require all new clients to complete a patch test before their first lamination treatment. If you have a skin condition or known sensitivity, just mention it when you book and we’ll advise you from there.
What is the difference between HD Brows and regular brow waxing?
How long does brow lamination last?
Brow lamination results last approximately 6 to 8 weeks. To extend your results, avoid heavy moisturizers on the brow area and sleep on your back where possible in the first 24 hours after treatment.
Can I get a lash tint if I wear contacts?
Yes, though we recommend removing your contacts before the treatment and bringing your glasses along. This keeps your eyes comfortable throughout the process and protects your lenses.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of your booked service fee. Life happens, we get it, but giving us notice means we can offer that spot to someone else.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in-store and make a genuinely thoughtful gift for any occasion. Ask us at your next visit or get in touch to arrange one.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee. We appreciate the heads-up.
Late Arrivals
We hold your spot for up to 10 minutes. After that, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, to be fair to the clients who are waiting. Arriving a couple of minutes early always helps.
Patch Testing
All new clients booking tinting or lamination treatments must complete a patch test 24 to 48 hours before their appointment. It only takes a moment and keeps your skin safe.
Aftercare
We send every client home with specific aftercare instructions tailored to their treatment. Following them closely is the single biggest thing you can do to extend your results and keep your skin happy.
